3 months almost and still going

Lost 40 pounds since my surgery... it is hard... I binge all the time... then not hungry then feel the crave then back to normal... I try different thing but it is hard to keep me away from sugar... I was a food lover... then I feel it is no flavor anymore... I feel guilty of eating because I fear to take back my weight. I feel the people will judge me if I gain weight.. I took alcohol twice while I was not supposed to... I wanted to Celebrate my b-day. .. it doesn't take show a lot...

I licked icing off my finger from my husbands birthday cake, Does that count? LOL

I would seek out some counseling. I am one month out, no cravings, following my plan strictly. I'm down 42 pounds since I started the pre-op diet on 5/22 (surgery was 6/6). I want this to work more than I want anything I could put in my mouth. I would really strongly encourage you to get some counseling.

I would have to agree with Lily461. I am only three weeks out from my surgery. My doctor still has me on Protein drinks and liquids

and I am sticking to the diet. I put too much money (self-pay) and effort into making this lifestyle change. I am not about to mess it up now. Good luck with the cravings. I know they are hard to resist.
