None of us lose at a constant or steady rate. Everyone experiences periodic stalls and slow downs and just about everyone experiences a stall about three weeks after surgery.

Just follow your program.

Focus on getting in all of your Protein and fluids.

Take your Vitamins and supplements as directed.

Avoid starches, added sugars (especially high fructose corn syrup), and fried foods.

Exercise when cleared.

Stay off the scale.

And, Embrace the Stall!

You've lost over 30 lbs in just a little over a month and you feel like you are in a rut? What were you expecting, exactly? That's WAY more than I lost in my first month and my surgeon was super pleased with my results and told me I was doing much better than average.

I'm not sure what I was expecting I mean not like 60lbs but I guess just frustrated that the scale isn't moving I know I'm losing inches I just never documented the inches maybe that's why
