Hunger question

Hi! I was sleeved on 12/08/15. I am down 135 pounds so far. I have been sticking to my 4 oz's 3 times a day but lately I feel like my body is telling me that I need more. I don't know if that is natural or if I am stressing and my instinct to to go towards food. Can anyone assist? Is it natural at some point to feel like you need more than 4 oz 3x a day?

What does your NUT suggest? You may need SOME complex carbs, especially if you are exercising a lot.

I personally think it's a mistake to believe that your body is sending you messages about what to eat and those messages will result in weight loss. Your body, sadly, does not want you slim and healthy. Your body wants you sick and obese just like you used to be. Stick to having daily targets for calories, carbs, and protein and don't let your obesity-craving body fool you.

Listening to our bodies and eating the way they told us to was what got us all needing weight loss surgery in the first place. My body regularly tells me to feed it cupcakes and crackers -- lots of them! I make a practice of ignoring it as best I can.
