One month out

Is it hard for anyone one month out or a little past that mark to eat? I have a few bites and it feels like a bowling ball dropped. I cannot even eat the recommended amount yet which should be 4-6 oz. Does anyone else experience this?

@@traceygirl I'm still pre-op but at 1 month out - my plan says 2-4ozs of purees every 3 hours. If your eating real food - be sure to chew until it's apple sauce consistency.

Yeah, four weeks I'll be on full liquids and then puréed/soft food for two weeks after that. If your surgeon has permitted you to eat food, just chew chew chew. There should be no whole pieces.
