Ok so day 1 liquid diet and I have diarrhea. Is this common cause I feel like I can't get to far from the bathroom.

And premier Protein drinks are so much better than whey!! Omg I may actually be able to do this! Any coupons out there for this stuff lol

    I get mine at costco. It's like $1.35 a drink. That is pretty darn affordable.

    Sam's Club also has Premier Protein in cases for under $20. Very affordable.

    definitely recommend Premier Protein - good stuff - affordable and tastes good. As for Clear Liquids, I love Propel. Tastes great, several flavors to choose from (I like orange and lemon best myself), and doesn't go through me like plain Water or soft drinks. Amen to never trusting a fart, too! I learned that one in my late 40's! lol
