August Bypass Buddies!

Hi All!

I just had my pre-op appointment with my surgeon and I got a date!! August 2, 2016!!

I'm sooo excited! I'm wondering if there are any others having bypass on or around this date?! I need friends!! :)

    Me too....waiting on PCP to submit a Letter of Support to Bariatric Team ...so they can submit everything for insurance approval...& Bariatric Nurse sd once they have approval, then Surgery gets sched in 2wks!!! so anticipating mid Aug appt too....????

    End of August for me!!! Though I still have to lose 8 pounds before the 4th of August when I meet surgeon for any questions...Going to crack down on that starting Tomorrow!

    Congrats Everyone!!! It's getting closer and I'm getting more and more nervous but also so very excited!! I just got home from grocery shopping for my pre op diet, I start Monday! How's everyone doing?

    I started my preop today! So far so good! I can't figure out if I'm more excited or nervous!! Lol I also got a call from the hospital and I'm going in for preop testing on Friday. 2 weeks and 1 day to go..yikes!!
