June 25, 201610 yr Not having surgery then, but it IS the date of my first appointment with my surgeon, AND it's my 25th wedding anniversary. Which is awkward bc my husband and I are currently living apart bc of marital problems, but he really wants to be at the surgeon's appt too, to be my support person. Too messy, I think. July 12, 201610 yr I was really bummed when got on scale at doc and had only lost 6 pounds. Need to lose10 for surgery. My bmi is 35 so they said I would be okay. My friend had to remind me that I ate like a pig for a week and a half before I started the fast. So I have actually lost 11 pounds. Anyone else have this happen?
