Vitamins during Phase I - Clear Liquids

What are your experiences? I've gotten really sick taking regular Vitamins on an empty stomach before so I'm a little nervous about taking the chewables with just Jello, broth, ice pops, and Protein shakes in my stomach. Any thoughts?

    I told by my nutritionist not take the Vitamins during week one, especially if having trouble tolerating anything else. .
