It's been one month today... And what a ride it's been! I feel pretty good. No pain, and I can eat most of the foods I'm allowed without discomfort (except ground beef makes my pouch sad) I was cleared for all foods this week
My surgeon prescribed a diuretic. She said I was extremely bloated. Since being on them, I've lost the 6 pounds I put on during my stall. But hopefully I won't gain it all back once I stop :/ My stall lasted 3 weeks... And it could still be going, but the Water pill is making the scale move, so only time will tell.
I was previously eating 600-700 calories a day, but my surgeon said that was way too low and told to eat 800-1000 calories. That's seems a lot to me. Anyone else eating that much?
