Exhausted on Pre Op Diet

I'm on day 10 of my all liquid pre op 1000 calories and I'm so exhausted at the end of the day after school I almost can't drive home...anything I can do? We only have two days left!!

All liquids very low carbs . I mostly have shakes. I'm going to purée some Campbell soup tonight for a bit of a feast lol. I'm also off all caffeine .

Teaching is very draining too :)

When I met with the anesthesiologist he said I wasn't looking too good (same as you described)-he suggested drinking Propel Water to help with electrolytes. Funny thing-I did drink them the last 4 days before my surgery, but couldn't stand them after surgery-tasted like sugar water. But might be something to try in the meantime. Good luck!
