What should I be feeling?

I am 8 days post-op,and I always have a growling stomach .....yes I'm doing all my protein and water. Is this normal? I really don't understand my body.Please help. Any suggestions ?

    Yes it's normal, I'm about six weeks out and it's still rumbly I think some of it is the extra stomach acid and the rest is your tummy still healing and figuring things out. Sent from my iPhone us

Yes, lots of noise is normal. Mine has calmed down (2.5 months out), but still makes an occasional random noise. You can double check with your doctor, but very normal :)
