Major gas

I am 6 months post op and everything I eat turns to gas usually I cannot even hold it in. I am so embarrassed and it stops me from doing normal activities. Any help with this?

Is it possible you have IBS or lactose intolerance or any other digestive disorder? Are you eating carbs like bread, Pasta, rice, potatoes, starchy veggies, fruits, flour or sugar? Those things ferment and cause gas.
