  • I was also sleeved on 5/23. HW 260 SW 233 CW 212. I haven't weighed since my 17 day post op visit so hopefully my CW is less. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Thanks for responding! How has your recovery been? I had a rough first week, but it's getting a lot better. I still have some nausea when I drink protein shakes, but I can't get enough protein without them...I also still eat too fast, so I have to work on that. Otherwise I am doing okay!

I'm doing very well. I had troubles with the anesthesia but other than that no problems at all. I'm down to one Protein shake a day and getting the rest from food; Greek yogurt, eggs, Beans and cottage cheese, some chicken. I start real food Monday. Can't wait. I'm using toddler utensils and small plates. Only getting about 600-700 calories but my doc said to worry about protein and fluids first.

Glad to hear you're doing well. And yes, once we get protein and fluids mastered, the rest seems to get easier each day.
