    I agree with the others. Don't cheat again and get back to it. I think that the preop liquid diet is about preparing us mentally as much as physically. I will tell you that I am 1 week post op

I agree with the others. Don't cheat again and get back to it. I think that the preop liquid diet is about preparing us mentally as much as physically. I will tell you that I am 1 week post op and the pain is gone and I am healing but I am struggling with the mental part of RNY. It is really hard to measure out 2 tbsp of food for dinner and to not drink during the meal. Just because they changed my physical body doesn't mean my brain did. Use this preop time to start working on those mental changes.
