Psych Eval

I am wondering is anyone could tell me some questions they ask in the pre-op psych evaluation. I really don't want to say anything that may prevent me from getting qualified. Thank you.

You need to answer honestly. The only one you hurt by trying to answer "properly" is you. They're there to make sure you are ready. They will ask about previous weight loss attempts, depression and anxiety screenings, questions about support system, knowledge of surgery, etc. Just relax and be honest.

I was asked if I fully understood the procedure what it involved and the risks, also asked about life changes I needed to make. Also chatted about family past diet attempts X

the psych eval I had was two hours (over two days) of questions on a computer that were positive, negative, and neutral in nature that were evaluated and given to the psychiatrist (also a bariatric patient) who I met the next week.
