Meta Fiber Drinks

I'm about 4 months into my 6mo supervised weight monitoring. First 3, I've lost. Lately I haven't been as diligent on eating so my cravings went up. Grant it I'm not eating as much now than before. so to try and help me out, I decided to try the Orange Meta for weight control to feel full. To me it tastes horrible but I drank it. I made a cup last night and didn't drink it quickly. It sat maybe 10 minutes at most. It congealed in my cup like a softer Jello. I never thought on how it actually worked. How can that be good for you? I know the bulking up is what makes it "curb your hunger by making you feel fuller longer." However I will not drink that again. It kinda freaked me out.

Sounds nasty! I don't think I would drink it either! Cravings really suck! Good luck [emoji3]
