3 months out

I just went for my 3 month check up/weigh in. I was told that I had loss 22 lbs since the end of April. I was so excited. I then realized that means that I have lost 60 lbs in 3 month. I am very shocked because I am only 30 lbs away from my goal. What were you progress at this point in this journey?

Felt great/feel great...7 weeks post op now. Still getting used to what I can tolerate. Small portions and if i have problems eating certain foods my go-to is a premier Protein shake.
