Getting up

I am 10 days out I been feeling better I was sitting in the grass for awhile when I got up I had a pulling pain in my side they took my stomache out. Should I be worryied its sore now

    I think those types of pains are pretty normal at that point but if it still hurts or you are concerned please call your team. they will ask you more detailed questions and let you know if they think

Ok I been good not lifting anything so far I was just getting up off the ground by pushing up with my arms now I know even though I'm not hurting I need to get up slow
