I agree.

Homemade bone broth with fresh veggies and nutritional yeast added for enriching the taste and added Protein. crockpot overnight and then into the blender.

crock pot, yes. it's the easiest and best way.

I promise you will be a lot happier with broth you make and freeze than anything you could buy.

Vietnamese here so I'm biased, but homemade Phở broth made 24 hours in a crock pot with beef soup bones, white onion, ginger, star anise, fish sauce, hoisin sauce, and lime juice is amazeballs.... bmi.png

The broth from won ton soup is a great idea! Could you also do egg drop soup after the clear liquids phase?

I would love to know because egg drop is my favorite but it does seem a bit heavy. Anyone have any idea?
