I'm waiting in the office to meet with the surgeon. I'm so nervous because I don't know how this is going to go. I have completed the Initial Consultation, Psych Eval, all Nutrition appts and a support group meeting. Now I meet with the surgeon today and the scheduling team.

I just scheduled my rny, as well as my pre and post op visits. It finally feels real, and I am quite nervous as well. But it is all going to pay off!

@@MsB7 and @@SarahM76 - it will all be worth it! We've all been there. I had my appointments starting in November '15, and had surgery March 16 of this year. I'm down now 72 lbs and feeling like a whole new man. Congrats to both of you on your journey so far!

yeah, nervousness is part of it.. Just keep on keeping on - the surgery is a great tool. I am so glad I had it

Thanks guys. So the appointment went well with the surgeon. He suggested the Sleeve instead of Rny because of my intestinal issues. He didn't feel comfortable changing things. So I now have my Surgery date August 24... I also have my pre op testing and post op follow up appointment scheduled..
