Surgery Date was May 25th

I had my gastric bypass May 25th, 2016. It's been close to two weeks. Now I'm overwhelmed , I can't seem to follow, my drinking, crushing my meds, and Vitamins. And eat puree food. I'm scared, I feel sick. Someone please help me through this.
