Sudden Hunger

Hey All,

I am almost 9 weeks post op and suddenly today out of no where I got really hungry. I've only been able to eat about 500-700 calories a day so far but haven't been hungry at all and out of no where, in the evening an hour after I ate dinner, I became famished!!

In your experience is this normal and will it pass or has my hunger returned and is here to stay?

Thank you in advance!

most of us report having hungry days and not hungry days. for me usually if I am having a hungry time pretty soon after the scale moves, so I've kinda learned to look forward to that.

I had scallops and broccoli/cauliflower for dinner...no increased carbs. It came on quite suddenly and hasn't happened before.
