@@Nicki24 what time is yours mine is 1045 we will have to stay in contact. Do you have a liquid diet to do? Mine started Yesterday and I ate 3 baby dill pickles yesterday better today though. Staying busy helps :-)

Mine is 7:30 am my time which would be 9:30 your time :) I started my liquids yesterday too and I'm doing really well except I'm having a hard time drinking 3 protien drinks a day yesterday I only drank one :/ but also had some broth Jello and popsicles. Today I'm focusing on drinking enough Water and more protien. We should definitely stay in touch!!

Dr. Macik was my surgeon too! I go see him tomorrow for my two weeks post op. He's awesome!

Pre-op is just low carb/high Protein diet and no alcohol. One thing I also like about Dr Macik that a lot of other surgeons don't do, is he have the nurses put a binder on you before you go home. It's really great for the stomach swelling and makes you feel better all around. I had surgery 7a.m. and was in the hospital two nights.
