Thanks Judy. I am a little sore today, but nothng I can't handle. Not drinking during eating is hard. I had an powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury Protein shake and later Jello. So far so good. My mom took me to the grocery store and I did 3 loads of laundry and now I am pooped. You only have 4 days to go hang in there!

PS I have received 3 bunches of flowers . What a brat I am.
