Having had watched my mom recover from knee replacement my thought is having the bypass first would make more sense... There is lots of rigorous exercise to fully recover from knee replacement... Some of it will be impatient and most of it will be outpatient... Thinking that would all be easier to do weighing less.

    That is what's going to happen to me. Well not replacement but I am having knee surgery which will happen before gastric does. Hopefully two months will be enough time to be in a good position for gastric.

    I have had knee replacement

    On my left knee now my right one has to be replaced.

    My insurance reqiires a 7 mo mandated diet and i am only on month 1 for bypass surgery It will be proably be dec or jan before i can havebypass surgery.
