Weight Watchers/Lean Cuisine

Hi all. Any reason not to have a frozen weight watchers or lean cuisine as a meal? Obviously I'd likely only be able to eat 1/2 serving. But it's quick easy portion control. I'll check with my NUT but in the meantime any feedback? Thank you
