4 month dr. Appt tomorrow

So I go tomorrow. At my last appt my dr wanted me to be in the 275 range. I am weighing at about 268 on my home scale. I am really nervous about this appt. I had really wanted to be down more, but it is what it is. I get my Water and Protein in, I walk. I started at 344 in Sept. Did the 6 months my insurance requires and was 321 on surgery day (Feb. 8).

Although your doctor said not to eat unless you are hungry - don't forget to meet your protein requirements! Keep it up - you're doing great!
