Drinking Liquids....

Okay so I'm told not to drink anything "fast" ie gulps. What do I do when I'm thirsty? Its so hard to sip. Any ideas?

    I have the same problem. I loveeeee water and tend to gulp it a lot even if I'm not very thirsty. What I've found is it's okay and when it's not you'll get the signal (pain in the mid chest). This has worked so far for me, but I haven't had my first fill. Not sure what will happen then.
