Hungry Hungry Hippo....

Hey everybody...

I am 4 weeks post op... and today i am crazy hungry.

I am on a PPI.. and it's definitely not head hunger... i am meeting all my Water and Protein goals... and not having carbs or sugars.. so i.am stumped as to why im starving!!

Ladies... Could it be that its going to be the TOTM in a week? Do you normally feel more hungry before that time? Do you get the normal PMS munchies like before?

Oh I think the "hungry horrors" will go away right about the time menopause kicks in. :)

I get crazy hungry too sometimes. It's frustrating, but I don't think it's all that unusual. I try to eat something every 2-3 hours which helps prevent that ravenous feeling after not eating for a long time, but if Aunt Flo is playing a role here, that probably won't help.
