Chewing and spitting

Please don't judge me or make harsh comments. I'm almost 2 weeks post op and have chewed and spit out some food I was desperately craving. Has anyone else done this? Did it slow your weight loss progress?

I did this! Not often, but it helped me so much. Did not affect my weight loss at all! In fact, it helped me learn how to really REALLY chew before the solid food stage, which helped me a lot. I wouldn't make it a habit, but I don't think there is a problem at all!
