I have a friend who really struggles with this. I am forever telling her - do not give yourself advice that you would never give to me (your friend).

with grace comes freedom. with freedom comes safety to make the changes.

You know the saying, be kind because everyone is fighting a battle you know nothing about? well, I think we don't always know what our own battles are - they are slowly revealed to us. so be kind to yourself.
