Yummy food!

I made some 8 bean chili last night ( you can find the 8 bean dry Beans all in one package together where they sell dry beans) anyway instead of meat I used soy chorizo you can find it by the regular chorizo. I did not tell anyone that I used the soy. It came out excellent of course I couldn't have the cheese the raw onion or the crackers that they had. And I could only eat about 4 table spoons which is a lot if you eat with a babies spoon. But it was very good. When I can eat more things I think I will make a spaghetti sauce and serve it over spaghetti squash.

:)
