That 3 week stall tho!

I've read about the notorious "3 week stall" and for some reason I always thought, "Oh come on. If you're doing everything the same in weeks 1,2,4,5,6, why would week 3 be any different?" Welp. I stand corrected. I am officially a victim of this 3 week stall I've been hearing so much about. It sucks, because I worked out 5 days this week and tried my best to overcome the statistics. I even gained a pound -_- Hopefully next week is better! Thinking of doing away with my scale...

@@tiffanymarie6997 - be prepared for the "3 week stall" to last more than a "week" as that happens as well.

It just starts around the 3rd week :( and its duration is not the same for everyone.
