It's a new journey. I had my sleeve done 3/7/16. The first few weeks you will ask yourself why did I do this. But afterwards you will not regret it. My biggest suggestion is find out if there is a support group from your surgeons office. I have found so many people from my surgeons office that I can reach out to and it's nice to have someone to talk with face to face. Never be afraid to reach out and talk. You are the only one who can make the decision, I have tried several different diet options and after a roller coster of weight loss I am finally on the right path. I have lost 67 pounds since 3/7, and I am down 3 sizes!! It's an amazing feeling.
