Disappointed

I don't have any questions, just need to be honest and be held accountable. What better way to do that than to share with you guys and gals.

Let a rough day get to me that ended up in me buying a slice of chocolate cake. Being six weeks post op, thankfully my sleeve stopped me after just a few bites, but I am so disappointed in myself.

I just can't believe I let myself get to that point and I really hope it doesn't continue.

I am proud of you for stopping - for reaching out and for reminding yourself what you want. Those are all good signs! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

We all make mistakes. Being honest with yourself (and us) is a great step.

We all have to learn and practice new habits, attitudes, and skills.

I bet the cake didn't taste nearly as good as you thought it would. I just hope it doesn't make you sick. (Just the thought of all that sugar makes me a little ill.)

Next time, try reaching out to us before you take the first bite.

The next step is to not beat yourself up about it...

And, as @@Inner Surfer Girl says...

Come in here any time you feel like you're gonna cave...

There's always someone to kick your arse if you need it...

And thanks @@Christinamo7 and @@KindaFamiliar I'm very upset with myself but I'm glad to know I have the support on here, instead of the judgement that I would receive in the outside world.
