Question for those with PCOS

Have any of you ladies with PCOS found it difficult to lose weight even with the sleeve? I'm worried that my body is just not going to give up the weight because it holds onto everything so tightly.

I have PCOS , I'm 5' 2" SW was 225 on 01/14/16 and I'm currently 177 at 3 months out. My NUT does not have me count carbs, however since we are insulin resistant, I have found my weight loss to be more consistent when I keep them at 50 or below daily. I am finally off thyroid medication, hbp pills and am no longer pre-diabetic which all go hand in hand with PCOS. My facial hair growth hasn't gone away completely but it has slowed down tremendously even though I am no longer taking spironolacton.
