Annoyed

So I was approved for surgery , yayyy!!! But I can't even be too excited. I found out after calling my insurance company cause my surgeon office has been completely silent with me since my final appointment on the 22nd. I called and left a voicemail requesting a call lack for an update last week..no callback received. I called back 2x more and the coordinator either was gone for the day or she was out all together. I'm getting frustrated and want to see about setting a date so that I can coordinate my time off but I'm really at a standstill. I called once more yesterday , and convienetly she was with a patient and said she would call back..nothing since then! I don't want to keep calling and annoying them, but I'm really trying to get a move on things. I'm so annoyed and am really considering just starting over with a new dr office altogether [emoji19]

Best of luck to you. I feel your frustration--it is a lot of hoops to jump through but just have to wait some more! With persistence you will get where you want to be! Please keep us updated on you

If email doesn't work, go to the office. Kinda hard to ignore or forget you then.

My husband and I switched doctors and we can't be happier. This is a major life choice and we think we want the best support system available. Best of luck

I was able to speak with someone and I am now scheduled for the 9th. Thanks for your kind words. I'm hoping there are no more issues going forward :)
