NTS 1 1/2 weeks b4 surgery

Hi I Am new to the site, Having surgery on August 23rd, begining weight 337, I am very excited and nervous about the proceedure, currently I am struggling through a pre surgery liquid diet of mainly cream soup. I have had headaches and terrible diarhea, I know that the end is bright, some encouraging words from those that have been here would help. :help::help::help::help:

I am so excited to find this site and very encouraged by the positive energy here!

You will get through it. And on the other side, you will be so much happier!

Regarding the diarrhea and headaches, remember liquids in= liquids out. The headaches are probably the calorie reduction and lack of caffeine. It gets better fairly quickly.

Congrats and welcome to LBT!
