    Hi first time on this wasnt sure how to respond finally figured it out lol they will go away congratulations just make sure you get your protein in i had surgery April 22 i weighed myself 6 days later and i lost 16lbs i still have a hard time with getting the protein in but mine is 59 grams im supposed to get in...
