Today was one of my toughest days yet. On my program, we go to soft foods at 2 weeks post op. My surgery was on April 14. Eating has been very uncomfortable. I feel bloated and just icky. Getting my Protein is such a chore, I have returned to drinking Protein shakes for Snacks. I know it's worth it, but it is very challenging emotionally. I want to feel "good" and "normal" again.
I am still excited that I am making positive change. I can feel my relationship with good changing so much. Thanks for reading my complaining and ramblings
