Severe lower back pain

I will be two weeks post-op this Tuesday. For a few days now, I have had a really bad pain in my lower back. My prescription Tylenol works to knock it out but I feel like I'm only taking it for back pain and pain from my stomach. I do have a little pain directly in front of that on the front side but it feels more like my esophagus instead of my stomach.

I'm waiting on my surgeon to call me back. Has anyone experienced this?

He said it is more than likely a surgical pain and walking and moving around should help it, continue to take the pain meds if it continues to be bothersome. I'm personally starting to think I need a new mattress. He also said try putting a heating pad on my back and that is helping a great deal is well
