Hi-

For years I had been an avid hiker, but for the last 10 years I have been too fat to hike. I figured I would try it again. I went out this morning for what was supposed to be an hours walk-well, guess who got really lost? I took about three hours to get off the mountain. But I did it!!!!!! :whoo:It was hard. My calorie monitor watch says I burned about 1700 calories. Now that's a workout. Now I want to go back ASAP to find out where I messed up!

Dear Trystelle,

LOL! Love your three hour trek! That's great!! I just took up hiking this summer and am loving it!!! Looking forward to new trails to climb, new mountains to conquer! It's not something I ever thought I'd enjoy! The miracle is not jsut that I'm accomplishing it, but that I ENJOY it! LOL! Keep it up, you'll be hooked" again in no time!
