I want to let everybody know that you need to thank your support person. I am a support person but I am also on my own rny journey. If you haven't hugged, thanked, or told your support person you love them please do now. Being a support person is hard. We watch the people we love be hurt, suffer, cry, and be generally sick. We know that the rny, sleeve, or band is hard on the person who had the surgery. Just remember that we love you and want the best for you and that as a support person we have to be strong when you can't be. #bariatricsupport
