Psych Evaluation

Hi everyone,

I'm going to see a Psychologist this Thursday to fulfill one of my pre-op requirements. I'm very curious as to what they will ask me. What was your experience with this?

  • They will have you complete several questionnaires regarding you eating habits, mental health history, substance abuse history. They will then meet with you to review all of that and particularly you

  • Oh and alot about your previous weight loss attempts, when you became overweight, etc.

  • Thanks so much for this. Did you have to see the Psychologist more then one time? Or is everything done within one meeting? Sent from my SM-G928T using the BariatricPal App
