Just got back from the Dietician

I told her I was hungry between meals and she told me to eat something solid like an apple or pear, or some raw veggies. I also told her I hadn't eaten bread, Pasta, or rice, but pretty much everything else. She told me I might want to add some of that to my meals, and it would take some of the hunger away. She said I was wide open right now, so the food was just going right through.

We talked about Thanksgiving and she told me to enjoy myself, if I wanted to eat a little bit of everything that was o.k. it was only one day, the damage wouldn't come from one day, but damage would come from not getting back on the program the next day.

She told me I was indeed ready for a fill, and I am scheduled for my first one December 8th.

I thought maybe this might help some of you that are waiting for a fill like me, and are getting really hungry.
