@@jenn1 I have been walking every day with my dogs, just thinking I feel ready to go back to the gym and do more cardio workouts. I never received any resistance bands, but I'll look into that. Thanks

When did you guys go back to the gym after surgery? What was your progression of working out? The only thing I've really been told is to not lift weights for 6 months. I used to do about 45-60 minutes of elliptical 3-5 times per week and a Zumba or Yoga class. I miss it! I was sleeves 3/28/16
