Today what's the first appointment that I had I was a little disappointed that the only requirement my insurance had was to be supervised for six months for weight loss , the doctor wants me to lose 10 pounds and have the test for the camera to go down my throat and as soon as I get those done to the coordinator will try to schedule my appointment for The dietitian and psychologist. I don't know why the impatience gets to me because I waited eight long years for this what can be a few months. Going to start the Protein shakes for the liquid diet for morning and lunch and increase exercise to see if I can drop the 10 pounds
