Sleeved 4/5/16

My surgery was performed on Wednesday and I was home the next day.

I have found that I cannot eat popsicles because the super cold liquid hurts my tummy.

So far, the Protein drinks are ok ... As long as I let them warm up a bit and drink them slow but they tend to give me gas. Lol.

I walk a bit around my house, but I have a tendency to try to do too much so I haven't gone outside to walk yet.

I'm excited to see where I go from here. I'm also happy to have found a support site like this!

Congrats I was sleeved on 4/12 and although I thought I was ready I'm still learning. The temperature hasn't bothered me but my taste buds are different I don't crave anything sweet and I can definitely taste the artificial sweeteners.
