Hi I'm having surgery on 12/12/2016 woke up this morning with the start of a cold I'm worried that I woulf be unwell for Gasttic sleeve surgery plus I'm on the optislim diet so my imune system will be down anyone had that problem before.. would appreciate some feedback.

@@sylvi December? That's a long ways off...........If you put the wrong date and you're surgery is soon, yes call your surgeon's office. good luck to you.

I asked my surgeon the same thing because I have an autoimmune disorder and I get sick often badly and he said if my caugh or cold is not very bad at the time of surgery then they can figure something out, if not they can reschedule.

Thanks all for your advise my surgery is On Tuesday 12 april went to see my doctor and she said its a virus so i havr been pumping sugarless vitamin c and gargling with salt water no temperature though. My surgeon closes on the weekend. But God willing I shall be good for tuesday i will rest altough I have lots of housework I needed to do ????????????

Hi all i have got over my virus and managed to do my operation, I'm home know and I lost 7.3kg in under 3 weeks, so thats great I started at 104.3 kg so feelling wonderful. ????????????????
