Forgot I couldnot drink fast

Tonight (at 4 weeks post op) I completely for that I couldn't just guzzle some Water because very thirsty. I did and I spent a couple of minutes praying to every deity in the universe to make the pain and pressure to stop. Has everyone had this moment and has it happened more than once?
